OK, if Christ can/will/does save us from some sin, then why not most sin?
Ok, if Christ can/will/does save us from most sin, then why not all sin?
Ok again, if Christ cannot/will not/does not save us from all sin, can/will/does He really save us from most sin?
Or, if He cannot/will not/does not save us from all sin, can/will/does He really save us from any sin? Some theologies are so hard to understand. I guess I will stick with the Bible; He saves us from all sin.
Here is one reason this is important.
There are people who are being held captive by Satan to do his will, therefore are being kept from doing the will of God, and they want deliverance (2 Tm. 2:26).

They do not want to ONLY be delivered from abusing children SOME of the time or MOST of the time, they want to be delivered from abusing children ALL of the time.
GOOD NEWS, THEY CAN BE DELIVERED FROM ABUSING CHILDREN ALL OF THE TIME.
There are people who do not want to ONLY be delivered from stealing, violence, infidelity, deceitfulness, SOME of the time or MOST of the time, they want to be delivered from these sins ALL of the time. GOOD NEWS, THEY CAN BE DELIVERED FROM ALL OF THESE SINS ALL OF THE TIME.
God will not ONLY deliver from all, of ANY ONE SPECIFIC sin, all of the time, He will deliver from ALL sin ALL of the time. This is why John said, "...these things I write to you, THAT YOU SIN NOT. He did not say, that you sin not, some of the time, that you sin not most of the time, that you sin not, through certain sins. He said THAT YOU SIN NOT.
When someone contradicts God's word by saying you cannot be delivered from all sin, all of the time, RUN, FOREST, RUN. That person is telling you a lie. They may not think they are telling you a lie, but they are.
Deliverance from sin is grounded in God's salvation, not man's inherent inability, and is made available to whoever believes God, for we are saved by grace through faith (Ep. 2:8-10).
This is GOOD NEWS to the person who is under the conviction of the Holy Spirit and who is sick of sinning. What an indictment on those who are satisfied with a puny, non-biblical faith (trust and belief system) that says God either cannot save from all sin, or He will not save from all sin or He does not save from all sin.
God is not glorified by those who turn from some of their sins, or most of their sins or even all of their sins, some of the time or most of the time. God is glorified in those who turn from all sin, all of the time.
Quit defending sin, yield to the Holy Spirit all of the time and quit sinning.
