08/02/12 IT DOESN'T GET BETTER FOR THEM
You know one of the sad things about young people or children, of any age, making fun of parental insights, is that the younger person is probably so thick that he will never learn certain lessons in life, and he refuses to glean wisdom from those who have received it, through trial/error, heart ache, dedication, prayer, listening to wiser and older people. In other words, the young are not any wiser when they are old then when they are young.
One of the problems for the proud and self sufficient is that he becomes more entangled in the snare of his own self centeredness. His mind is never enlightened fully by God's truth, because he binds himself with the dark cords of arrogance and the errors of yesterday.
