Being physically active is important to good health, but life's responsibilities make it difficult to be consistent in exercise or sports. Age and major ailments also take a toll in the long haul. If you don't try to stay fit when you are young, you will get to a point that you cannot get fit.
THIS IS TRUE SPIRITUALLY.
The daily grind causes one day to slip into another, and a week is swallowed by the months and years, until spiritual vitality, opportunities, desires are gone.
You cannot neglect your relationship or service to God.
TODAY IS THE DAY.
