For those who are mourning the death of the American Constitution, I feel your pain.
Too bad you did not feel the pain of countless Christians in America who have been going to jail, losing their homes, losing their children, losing their properties and losing their freedom to minister in this country for the past 42 years, simply because we chose to be Biblical.
Too bad you did not hear us cry, maybe we would not be where we are today.
Too bad you thought we were a fringe group of radicals.

For over 40 years there has been a constant trickle of lawsuits, exploding into a deluge, brought against Christians in America, concerning the practice of our faith. These suits attacked areas that had been accepted and established Christian practices since the birth of our nation (feeding the hungry, housing the homeless, raising our children, sharing our faith, etc.).
I am not referring to suits that have anything to do with crime or wrong doing, but rather, with legal behavior, which was becoming repugnant to social attitudes resisting our Christian faith and practice (which was the foundation of our nation). This includes practices in private life, family life, church life and social life.
The increasing number of suits against religious liberty resulted in forming several law firms, dedicated to the protection of religious liberty. These firms have represented thousands and thousands of clients.
These cases were in the news, occasionally on the front page, but

Most Americans, most Christians missed them (because they did not think such things could happen in America) or
They dismissed them (thinking that anyone afoul of the law must be in the wrong). And of course
America missed these reports because the Liberal agenda of Satan's media did not report these events to the public adequately.
As a result, those Christians suffered losses at the hands of society and the State, and rejection by those who claimed to be Christians.
This constant erosion of our religious liberty (the FIRST part of the FIRST amendment) has left Christians and American Christianity under the heel of the State and is now carrying away our other liberties as well. This makes America and especially Christians, a ready victim to oppression from a godless society and State, and now, a blood thirsty religion that causes nations to tremble..
If you did not see it over the past 40+ years, don't ask about it now, because you probably still won't believe it. But you can believe this; I was one of those who was sounding the alarm the whole time, and people just thought I was riding a hobby horse.
I never expected to save America from her decline, but I hoped to awaken folks before it was too late.

By the way, this has nothing to do with the sex crimes of perverts hiding behind the name of religion. Those were criminals committing crimes against man as well as God. Those people and cases have nothing to do with the Christian faith or the true Church.

Even the churches and groups of churches that think of themselves as being Biblical have lost their moorings and as a result drifted in the contrary currents of popular Christendom; never thinking they had lost their orthodoxy. We now have people who bow to the State in the name of Jesus and then condemn faithful believers who recognize only Christ as the Head of the Church.

Even when I faced off with the State 30 years ago, concerning the Lordship of Christ over His people and His Church, it was almost impossible to find anyone who would stand solely on the Scriptures. Instead they accepted the two headed freak of Modern/Western Christendom. I found myself more in fellowship with believers from Iraq, Romania, Bulgaria and Russia than I did from the supposed bastions of Biblical beliefs in Amerika. As the years have gone by, it has gotten worse, and there are fewer surviving refugees who even understand what basic Christianity is.
