Rebellion and doubt looks the same in a sinner as it looks in a carnal Christian.
CONSIDER...
Just as the unsaved scoffs at the idea of Salvation, the carnal Christian scoffs at the idea of Entire Sanctification.
Just as the sinner "sees flaws" in the arguments of the believer, the carnal Christians "sees flaws" in the arguments of the Entirely Sanctified.
Just as some enemies of Christ will never truly investigate Salvation, some carnal Christians will never truly investigate Entire Sanctification.
Just as some lost people will never trust Christ for Salvation, some carnal Christians will never trust Christ for Entire Sanctification.
Just as a Justified man can know he is justified and regenerated, the Entirely Sanctified man can know he is purified and empowered by the fullness of the Holy Spirit.
Just as a carnal believer can know that Salvation is experiential, the Spirit filled believer can know that Entire Sanctification is experiential.
