11/03/12 GOD ENTREATS OUR WILL

I am amazed as I read and listen to the things men say with "bull-dogmatic authority," but then find Biblical verse after verse that contradicts the errant wisdom of men.

Usually the false statement is a quote from some well known expert who bases his doctrine on the teachings of another man. However, when held up to the impeccable truth of Scripture, the erroneous beliefs of man are seen as the corruptions that they are.

I recently read that all references to "man's will" are always negative. When I searched God's word I found so many passages that contradicted such a statement that I stopped searching. If you WILL do His WILL, you shall KNOW the teachings of God and if you know the truth, the truth will set you free.

God endowed man with free will, and after the fall God still enables man to use his free will to either accept Christ or reject Christ. No robots allowed. Believe on the Lord Jesus and you shall be saved.
